She provides medication management for mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, as well as substance abuse, trauma, sleep troubles, and symptoms related to personality disorders. 

Dr. Gilmore is a psychiatrist.  She completed her 4 year psychiatry residency at Piedmont Macon Medical Center. She feels as though she has been called to best serve the Lord through a career in psychiatry and loves every minute of it! Dr. Gilmore believes that medication and therapy together are important components in obtaining excellent mental wellness. She prioritizes taking an open, judgement-free approach, being careful to respect the attitudes, beliefs, and value systems of each patient. She welcomes people of all faiths, cultures, and walks of life and focuses on helping individuals realize their full potential.

Dr. Nguyen is a 3rd year psychiatry resident at Piedmont Macon Medical Center. She is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and providing accessible care for all. She sees adult patients for medication management of various psychiatric conditions, such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorder, and schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

She follows a biopsychosocial approach to treatment to meet the needs of the mind, body, and spirit of individuals. Her faith in God has shown her the power of trust, compassion, and forgiveness, which she hopes to share with others. Dr. Nguyen believes medication and therapy work hand in hand to promote healing and mental wellness. She will also work together with her patients to empower them with knowledge and harness their strengths in order to achieve treatment goals.

She believes in building community through service and is excited to fulfill the need for mental health providers in middle Georgia. Dr. Michele Tuer is a professor of psychology at Wesleyan College. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Virginia. She provides psychological assessment for children and is also available for psychotherapy for children and adults. 

Testing is done from 9 am – 12 pm. on Tuesdays.
